Design Engineering

Pinnacle is a leader in the development of working drawings,
detail drawings and fabrication layouts for manufacturing
equipment and systems. We emphasize “stable base
manufacturing solutions” to shorten cycle times by avoiding
the need to re-orient parts or assemblies during the
manufacturing process.

We also assist with rapid prototyping and production
planning and scheduling. Where required, Pinnacle provides
concurrent engineering covering both design of the equipment
and design of its assembly line.

PLC programming, 3D modeling, and both lean manufacturing
consulting and ergonomics consulting to facilitate efficient
parts handling and manipulation. Our ultimate project goal is
always to maximize the productive capacity of all
customer resources involved in the process.
