The safety audit covers personnel, product and

fixtures, containerization, monorails and conveyors, forklifts,
cranes and assist devices, tools, and other equipment.   

The five components of each potential hazard
addressed in the analysis are:

• What's the nature of the hazard?
• What is the root cause?
• What's the prevailing effect?
• What's the accident probability?
• How can each situation be improved
  in a "value-added" way?

The answer to the last question is often a surprise, because the preventative (or corrective) action is so readily achievable . . .  
once it’s defined and quantified.

The Pinnacle Safety Audit also covers material flow and
traffic and issues, which impact productivity as well as safety.

reducing handling, and streamlining both operating costs
